Welcome to Lovedog, the boutique dog grooming salon owned and operated by Christen Orr, a passionate and experienced groomer with 20 years of expertise in the industry.

As a lifelong lover of dogs, Christen's passion for grooming began at a young age. Since then, she has dedicated her life to ensuring that every dog is treated with the love and respect that they deserve.

Christen has developed a specialized knowledge of small breeds that sets Lovedog apart from other grooming salons. Her core belief that grooming should be a positive and enjoyable experience for dogs has helped her prioritize stress-free handling and gentle techniques. Her team uses positive reinforcement to build trust and expertly handle even the most anxious or stressed dog with patience and care.

Christen is an EXTRAORDINARY groomer! Hands down the best we have ever had. She is personable, conscientious and loving. My two labradoodles are quite anxious and need grooming monthly. In particular, she knows how to cut different types of dogs in different styles, depending both on style preference and function. She keeps them looking beautiful, matt-free, and happy. I just can't say enough good things about her. I'd give her 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

We love Lovedog! We are so thankful we found her for our nervous guy. Our puppy did not previously like going to the groomer; he would shake and cry whenever we came close. As a result, we stopped taking him as often and his long fluffy fur would become a matted mess. With Christen at Lovedog, he is calm and happy and his fur looks clean, bright, and fluffy. She knows exactly the right way to treat his fur and him!
